Every puppy we provide has a One Year Life Guarantee at no additional cost to you.
Hays Bulldogs Guarantees that the puppy sold is in good physical health on this day of
purchase. All necessary shots and dewormings have been done. The purchaser
agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 3 days, for a
health check to determine that the puppy is healthy and free of any congenital life
threatening disorders. If there is a problem with the health of the puppy, our
veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a healthy replacement
puppy of equal value will be given. If there are no puppies available, one will be
provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value
you will be responsible for the difference in cost. Buyer is responsible for all shipping.
(sending the puppy back and for the new puppy's arrival)
To make a claim the puppy must be returned back to us within 7 days of receiving date.
Along with a signed statement from the veterinarian providing date of the examination
and an explanation as to why the puppy is in a poor health risk. The statement must
include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions.
Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year of the time of purchase. Hays
Bulldogs will provide a replacement puppy. To qualify for this guarantee, you must have
kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all
vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. You must provide a signed certificate
from the veterinarian stating the cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppies
health records. If there are no puppies available, one will be provide from the next
available litter whelped.
Note: there is no guarantee against Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, Toxcitia, and
viral or Bacterial Infections. We do not cover Cherry Eye, Entropion or Demodex.
Failure to have the puppy examined within 3 (three) days of purchase, VOIDS ALL
GUARANTEES.
All sales are final, Hays Bulldogs will not be held responsible for any cost accrued after
the sale. Including any and all veterinarian charges. Guarantee is not valid in case of
accidental death or injury.
All Registration Papers must be signed back over to Todd & Amy Hays and returned.
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

| HAYS BULLDOGS HEALTH GUARANTEE |
1. Buyer agrees to provide routine veterinary care of this puppy. Including proper
vaccinations, routine worm checks, heart worm treatments.
2. Buyer understands contract will be null and void if buyer fails to: Take the puppy to
the vet within 3 days of date above, provide routine veterinary care, if puppy is sold
transferred or injured by accident or neglect.
3. Hays Bulldogs will not be held responsible for veterinarian fees or costs. Buyer is
aware owning a puppy means regular trips to the veterinarian and understands that
he/she is responsible for ALL payments.
4. There is no guarantee or warranty that the buyer will be able to show or breed the
puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials.
5. Hays Bulldogs will not be responsible for temperament issues as they can be caused
by lack of training, discipline or proper dog socialization which is determined by every
dogs personality.
6. All Puppies must be paid in full within 2 weeks of Deposit. Failure to do so will result in
forfeit of deposit. And Puppy will be sold to the next person in line.
7.Buyer agrees to pay all shipping cost.
8.If Puppy does have a life threatening congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to
us. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.
9.There will be no Cash or Credit refunds. We offer replacement puppies only.
10. Buyer agrees to give a loving and safe home for said puppy. In the event the buyer
can no longer take care of the puppy, Hays Bulldogs will under most circumstance agree
to take the puppy back. Buyer will be responsible for shipping puppy to us. We will not
pay to take the puppy back.
11. Hays Bulldogs must be notified at once at the onset of any Life Threating problem.
Please phone and then send in writing The report from the veterinarian. Our veterinarian
will interpret the report and if he concurs, then the replacement puppy will be given.
Please understand the importance of taking your new puppy to the vet as soon as
possible. Especially puppies being shipped, They are usually placed next to other
animals and it is possible for bacteria to spread. So for the sake of the puppy TAKE IT
TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY.
I, the buyer have read this contract and fully understand the contents and acknowledge
receipt of it. I understand that being a Bulldog owner is expensive and accept full
responsibility for all future costs.
